I have a 95 Chrysler lebaron contvertible lx3.0 the battery

I have a 95 Chrysler lebaron contvertible lx3.0 the battery went dead over winter charged battery think the factory alarm reset but not sure. will not start with everything turned off it blows the 20 amp fuel system fuse as quick as you stick one in what is the problem

Try unplugging the fuel pump , does it still blow the fuse ?

if it stop blowing the fuse , check the wiring from fuse box to fuel pump .

replace fuel pump, if wiring us good.

If you think the alarm is triggered on , that is how you reset it ,with out a scanner .

Master reset Procedure

1- Disconnect Battery Cables ( Negative & Positive Cables )

2- Hold cables Together for 60 secs ,then let go

3- Wait 15 minutes

4- Make sure all doors are closed

5- Reconnect battery Cables

6- Lock & unlock the vehicles using the key from driver door side (if you have a key fob with no blade key, just lock & unlock using the key fob buttons)

7- Enter the vehicle and attempt to start

with the fuel pump unplugged at the tank it blows the fuse as quick as you touch the prongs

follow the wires from that fuse back to pump, these wires must be hitting the frame or touching each other inside the harness
