JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2006 PT Cruiser and I only see one hose connection
JA: Are you fixing your PT Cruiser yourself? What have you tried so far?

there is a Vacuum Reservoir located in the right front fender well on the frame rail. It is made of plastic
You have to remove the Inner Fender well to access....
You should be able to locate the Hose near the Brake Booster

Vacuum is supplied from the brake booster check valve.
The speed control vacuum supply hose has a check valve at the brake booster
Some of the hose has likely drop down below the firewall
