My esp will not go off come by themself just has the recall

My esp flasher will not go off come by themself just has the recall ignition replaces yesterday
JA: Have you checked the battery lately?
Customer: New battery 3 months
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2003 town country van
JA: Are you fixing your Country yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Nothing sitting in parking lot thought about pulling fuse
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Welcome, I'm Chris (aka Moose) I prefer to work when others don't, I am here around lunch and after dinner till after midnight.

Your calling the ESP flasher the hazard lights, correct?

the emergency flashers are "stuck on"

For the night i just unhooked the battery cable to keep from running the battery dead

Remove the hazard switch. OHM test the white/dark blue wire to ground. If there is no continuity then the switch nor signal wire is to blame. It is the BCM that is faulty and causing this.
