2008 Chrysler sebring 2.7 HT convertible. Can't get heat, just ac blowing. checked actuators (blend doors) and both seem to be working (can visually see both move when I move the dials). Both heater lines hot ac heater core, but only cool air coming out vents.

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If the blend door is actually moving when turning the temperature dial yet you don't have heat and the engine is reaching operating temperature then you have a restricted heater core, not uncommon. You can try flushing it out and may see a small improvement for a short time, but if the heater core is restricted the permanent repair is going to be replacement.
