Hello and welcome to just answer. I am a shop foreman for a Chrysler dealer and have seen the master switch on the driver's door cause this, however every once in a while we see the window motor in the door fail. Try this: Start the engine and then sit in the passenger seat. Hold the window switch in the up position and slam the door closed while holding the switch up. If it is the motor, this will sometimes jar it into working. If not, then the switch is most likely the problem. However to confirm it, a 12 volt test light should be used to perform some tests at the switch and/or motor. I hope this helps, and if you need a wiring diagram let me know and I will find one for you.
