have 2007 t/c 3.8 only misfires and stalls after driven random miles when warm .sets cam,crank sensor codes. drive gears misfire reverce gear no misfire. think flex plate?
JA: Have you seen the misfire code before? Has the car been stalling?
Customer: yes on codes.stalls and bucks .just drove57 miles till problem started. some times as short as 12 miles
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: has new sensors. and yes will do my own work
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: grand daughter also had new fuel pump installed at shop on highway 5.problem stated at 80 mph. shop told her needed fuel pump. ran good for 35 miles than had it towed home.scanner said cam crank sensor so she had them changed .now at my house same codes plus o300.
