Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are several things that will cause a no crank situation and it may take some electrical testing at the time the problem is present to determine what is going on. The problem may be the starter itself, ignition switch, the transmission range sensor, wiring, cables and connections, or the engine controller may not be awake during the no start period.

Did you disassemble the RCM and check the solder joints?
