My sunroof is not responding at all.
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2005 300C
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes an dos far I've replaced fuse 44/ reseated it.
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Have you located both?
Customer: Yes, fuse 44 was in the trunk.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: I ran a code scanner and my car and it states the it has no contact with the sunroof control module.

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If the sunroof module isn't communicating that's the reason the sunroof doesn't work. The module has either failed or is missing a power or ground feed. If fuse 44 isn't blown then a loss of power would have to be a wiring issue, as would a loss of ground.

The next step in diagnosing the issue will be to test the module's power, ground and communication bus voltages. Has this been done?

The module is on the sunroof assembly. The headliner would need to be removed to access it.
