Have load clicking noise when starting car inside near air conditioner heater switches. last a few seconds than stops

hi i can help you diagnose the issue. first of all what type of vehicle do you have? do you notice if the blower can blower out all the vent( face,floor,defrost,etc)

2010 Chrysler Sebring. All blowers airconditioner are working perfectly

sounds like you have a door motor or door for the hvac system binding! will have to find the source of the noise because there are 3 to 4 motors and doors that can make the noise. i suggest removing the panels needed to seed and feel the binding motor/door.
