Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If the instrument cluster does power up but warning lights are on and the gauges don't work then you either have an internal failure in the instrument cluster or there is a bus communication issue. If there is no communication either due to a wiring issue or internal failure in a module then it will cause what you're seeing.

Do you have an overhead console?
