oh YES there are a LOT of things that MUST be done and replaced when any compressor is seized, depending on whether or not you have DUAL a/c (front and rear) you need to FLUSH the entire system with a commercial chemical A/C flush, REPLACE IN ALL CASES the receiver dryer as it WILL catch debris from the damaged compressor and send it through the system damaging the NEW compressor FAST, the A?C discharge line from the compressor to the condenser with an updated one that holds some oil in the system and prevents it from starving the compressor of oil) IF you have dual a/c they want the SUCTION line replaced as well if there is any debris found in the evaporator (front and rear) they must be replaced as well and if any debris is found in the condenser it must be replaced as well this is all to prevent any debris from a damaged compressor from traveling through the system and damaging the new replacement compressor.

below is a link to a TSB addressing the necessary parts to be replaced when a compressor is found damaged or seized

it is only available a few days so please look it over and save it to your pc asap if you have questions after you have reviewed the TSB ask i am here to assist, as for oil i have a preference to use ESTER oil instead of PAG oil as it travels through the system better and keeps everything lubricated better
