Horn and cruise control stopped working I believe around the same time. I checked the fuses and tried switching out the horn relay.
JA: How many miles are on the car? Has the car been starting normally?
Customer: 110000
JA: What is the model of your '108000 Chrysler?
Customer: LXI 3.8 1998
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: fuses and horn relay
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: after I pulled each fuse to check them, the car wouldn't turn over, I jumped it and it started.
