It is a loud whine noise that happens at gh cruise speed

Customer Question

It is a loud whine noise that happens at high cruise speed 60-75 and when the air is on. we have checked all the vents and it isn't anything coming from them. It doesn't happen all the time. It has happened since we got our 2013 town and country.
JA: How long has this been an issue? How many miles are on the car?
Customer: since about 10000 miles and we have 60000 now. It is getting more frequent now
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: we had all the belts and everything checked along with fluids. my husband has gone through the interior to look for any loose vents. No one can give us any idea for what it might be and dealer couldn't tell us because it didn't happen when we had it there. it was winter

Hello again Chris here,

  • I am contacting you because the post has not been closed out/completed.
  • It appears you were not pleased with my help.
  • If more assistance is needed, reply and let me know, also let me know what it is you're needing to be pleased.
  • This post is coming up on the 7 day mark where it times out. When a post times out, that means it's no longer on my active list (you reply and I never know it.)
  • You have already paid the fees to get this question answered, and I do not want you to leave having paid for something that did not meet your wants/needs and myself not receiving a feedback selection from yourself.
  • Has anyone checked to see if the source is a wind noise issue?

Thanks Chris
