Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.

If these problems occurred after changing the battery then the first thing you need to do is try rebooting the system. To do this, remove moth battery cables and then rub them together for a few second to clear all modules. After doing this, reconnect the cables and start the engine and recheck the operation of the Windows , blinkers and wiper. If they know are okay, no further action is required.

Okay unfortunately this is going to require some hands on testing which I can not do from there. I will open the post back up for you and perhaps some one else may have something new to add.
