Hi my name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist with this here.

Code P0700 is a general transmission fault code indicating the engine computer has detected the transmission has one or more faults needing diagnosed. What needs to be done from here is to use a scan tool that can plug in and communicate with all computers in your model to see what codes are set in all computers.Once this is done any codes set need diagnosed and repaired.

Common transmission issues can be a torque converter solenoid issue or another solenoid at fault needing replaced in the transmission.

Let me know if you need anything else and feel free to rate my help here as this is how I receive credit for my time.

Thanks Pete
