Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

You may have quite a few tings going on but there is a good chance you have a poor ground to the body control module causing it to stay awake, in turn keeping the instrument cluster and other modules awake.

Did the problem start after any work was done, an accident, jump start, etc?
Ha anything been done to try to repair the problem?
