Customer: Yes, I do have turn signals and flashers
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2006 pt cruiser base model

You could have a handful of things going on. It's possible that you could have an internal issue in the TIPM but it may also be a wiring issue, the bulbs, or connections. The brake lamp issue may also be the brake switch.
