Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are many things that can cause the engine to die. You could be losing fuel pressure due to a pump issue or a loss of power or ground to it, you may be losing spark for a number of reasons. A loss of crank sensor signal, wiring, the powertrain control module itself, loss of power on the ASD circuit, or a power distribution issue can all cause the engine to die while driving.

The first step in diagnosing the problem is to see if any codes are setting. Have you checked for codes?
