Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

How the vents are removed, or if it's possible depends on what the vehicle is, no vehicle information was posted with the question. On some vehicles the vents will pop out simply using a screwdriver, some require some dash disassembly, some are serviced with larger components such as the dash itself.

What year and model is the vehicle?
