The next step is to perform a compression test on cylinder 6 and compare it with nearby cylinders.

Depending on the results of the compression test you can then decide whether a leakdown test will be helpful.

These two test will tell you whether the misfire is a result of worn cylinder rings, valve seats, or neither, and then you can look for an electrical problem.

Do you have access to a compression tester?
