Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

It sounds like someone has told you to disable the ABS, ESP and traction control systems but I couldn't really recommend disabling a safety system.

It appears that they believe traction control is coming on and is applying the brakes. There is very little chance that the ABS module is causing the issue.

Did this problem start after a repair was done, an accident, etc?
