Recently had the driver's window replaced in my 2004 town and country and now none of the windows or side vents work.

You will need to remove the main switch assembly from the drivers door, it is possible that the electrical connector is not secured to the back of the switch.

You can use a small screwdriver or body panel tool and pry up starting at the bottom of the switch and pull it up out of the door.
