Is the hose loose at the intake manifold or at the booster?

Im assuming the hose is connected to the booster and you looking for the connection on the intake manifold. The booster vacuum supply line connects to the upper intake manifold right behind the power steering reservoir on the upper intake. See the location in the link below.
