I have 2005 town and country van all summer had water on the front floor when it rained know that it is winter the lights flicker in and out side. What is the cause of the water on the floor, and the lights ?

Two things you need to check the grommet were the antenna passes into cabin, and the drain for your hvac module. Your water is most likely coming from one of those.

On the lights check ground wire st engine, battery cable ends

And check charging sysyem and battery
