chysler 300S 2010. Over 20 oil changes have been performed on my car and the oil pan plug has been replaced 2 or more times and the dealership says that this is normal ware
and tare. they will replace the oil pan for $900 plus dollars. Why should I have to pay?
isn't the dealership resonsible?

If your only issue is the drain plug is stripped out and the dealer is the only one who has serviced it then yes the dealership should pay to have the oil pan replaced and the drain plug should last the life of the vehicle and it sounds like they have been overtightening it..
