I have a 1999 LHS. Automatic Temperature Control is stuck

Customer Question

I have a 1999 LHS. Automatic Temperature Control is stuck blowing air out only the defroster. Temperature of air is adjustable. Self diagnostic shows a code 24 - Mode Door Actuator Feedback Failure. What and how do I solve this problem?

All indications point to a faulty mode door actuator, you would replace the mode door actuator it is behind the dash bolted to the ac and heater case.
