How many key fobs do you have? Have you replaced batteries I would first look at the fobs take them apart replace bstteries, look closely. At pad and circuit board make sure no contamination on contacts. If no problem go to each door and open and close see if the door ajar Light comes on and goes off with each door and lid. Inspect all latches and strikers. Do you have a scan tool, I'd like to scan all modules

The problem is not related to the FOB. It still occurs with the battery removed

If it is still occurring with battery out of fob and all your doors close good with no latch problem and no false door ajar light. You can try doing a network reset and reboot of all modules. Do this by removing both battery cables tie them together wait a minute and cycle key through all positions then turn off wait a minute and reattach cables to battery, you could have a logic lock. If that doesn't help we will have to get a scan tool and look at data
