2006 pt cruiser route 66... left driver side window stuck in

Customer Question

2006 pt cruiser route 66... left driver side window stuck in down position. I'm trying to to get the window to go up by jumping a 12 v power source to #14 terminal on male connector...no go.. neither will the the other windows that operate fine. I just want a temporary fix until I get a switch or at least tell if it is the switch or motor or bad connection...I have 12v at #12...I'm missing something somewhere... just want the window up...it's cold.Thank You

There are "2" wires that go to the Window Motor
It is a "Reversal Rest At Ground Circuit"
To make the Window go down:
One wire has to have 12 Volts +
One wire has to have Ground -
Then "reverse the wires" to make it go up.
IF the Window does NOT respond, then the Motor and / or the Regulator is bad
