Looking at a battery drain issue on 2008 Pacifica. Static

Customer Question

Looking at a battery drain issue on 2008 Pacifica. Static drain between .50 and .75 Amps (not milliamps.) Removing fuse #48 (PLG OHC BCM NAV HCM) drops draw to .06-.07 Amps. New battery as of a week ago. Car can totally discharge battery to the point of no start in an 8 hour work shift, but randomly.

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

Fuse 48 is a power feed to the body controller, overhead console, navigation module, and the hands free module. the problem may be in any one of these modules or possibly an input to one of them keeping it awake.

The best thing to do to start would be to disconnect these modules one at a time and see when the draw drops. Has this been done?
