Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
From your brief description it does sound as if you have an engine performance concern. If the engine is running poorly, misfiring, etc then it can shake and lack power. Ignition system issues are the most common causes of misfires, but it could be cam timing, cylinder sealing issues, fuel quality, or quite a few sensors.
What problem was the transmission replaced for?
Did the current problem start after the trans was replaced?
