Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
You may have a few things going on. If the motor has been replaced then hopefully it can be ruled out, but if you're using an aftermarket remanufactured or used motor then it could definitely still be the cause.
I'm assuming the switch was a new part.
The problem may be wiring, the body controller, integrated power module or front control module. The switch input goes to the BCM which then communicates the request to the FCM, which then runs the motor.
When the problem happens does low speed not work at all or do you have high speed no matter where the switch is set?

high speed position only does not work

High speed only low speed does not work.

Do you have access to a scan tool that will communicate with the B CM and FCM?
