2005 Sebring Convertible. What causes the fuses toblow? Car would not start. Fuse replaced, new battery installed. Since then, fuse blew 3 more times( Car doesn't start, lights, A/C works but no radio or power windows. Fuse replaced-car started. Now no start, no blown fuses, no radio or power windows but still have a/c and lights. What could the problem be?

Can you remember the fuse position or its described function? A fuse number is ***** if the fuse block IDs it that way.

Is it in the underhood fuse panel?

Might it be #8 in that panel? In a row of four mini fuses, it would be the one closest to the clear-topped "Maxi" fuses if so.
