Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
If the ABS hydraulic control unit has been replaced then it will need to be bled using a DRBIII scan tool before the brakes will work properly. The system is bled conventionally, the HCU bled with a DRB, and then it is conventionally bled again. It looks as though you've bled it conventionally with a pressure bleeder so the next step will be to run the bleeding routine with a scan tool.
