Chrysler T&C: The battery in my 2001 T&C Limited went dead

Customer Question

The battery in my 2001 T&C Limited went dead and after replacing it the cig lighter and power outlets don't work. I checked the fuse box under the hood and the 20 amp fuse for rad/ign is good. Where else should I check?

Hello I will help you with your question, Check the #6 and the #5 fuses in the diagram here (click) to see if you have 12 volts at BOTH testpoint on the back of EACH fuse with the key on. Let me know what you find Thanks
