Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
The two issues will be separate.
The reverse lamps could be a wiring problem or bulbs, the lamp housing circuit boards, or a transmission range sensor or reverse lamp switch issue. If you have a four speed trans then it uses a range sensor on the valve body, if you have a three speed then there is an external switch for the reverse lamps. It's also possible that the switch connector has come off. The first thing you'll want to do is check the bulbs.
The turn signal issue could be the multifunction switch, wiring, or the flasher. Most likely the issue is the flasher. An easy thing you can do before starting electrical testing is turn the key on and turn signals on and tap on the flasher with something like a screwdriver or wrench. If the turn signals come on then the flasher is the issue.
