Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
It sounds like you have no power on the IOD circuit. If keyless entry, power locks, interior lights and the radio have stopped working at the same time then most likely the IOD fuse is blown, although it could be a power distribution center or wiring issue.
The first thing you'll want to do is check the IOD fuse, which is in the power distribution center under the hood. I believe you will find it blown. If it is then replace it and see what happens, if the fuse continues to blow then you either have a short to ground in the wiring or one of the components on the circuit (radio, instrument cluster, amp, overhead console, etc dependent on vehicle options).
