Customer Question

I am catch 22 victim of uconnect phone becoming inoperative at 36000 miles on odometer. Should have taken car in for service but didn't, now have 37500 on odometer. Guess it is the "pay me now, or pay me later" situation.

Welcome! my name is ***** ***** I would like to thank you for allowing me to assist you! Try this trick: With the ignition off, disconnect the negative battery cable in the trunk for about 2 minutes and then reconnect it. This may reset the U Connect module and save you some $$
Let me know if that works.
