I changed the throttle body control which did not fix the problem. Problem started after I slow charged to battery.

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
There are many things that will cause a no start condition. You may be missing fuel pressure due to a failed pump, if the problem happened after getting fuel it may be a contamination issue, you may be missing spark due to a crank sensor or wiring issue, or the engine may be out of time.
Have you checked for fault codes?
Does it crank at a normal speed or does it seem faster/uneven?
Do you hear the fuel pump run when the key is turned on?
