Chrysler Town & Country Limited: 2008 town and country

Customer Question

2008 town and country limited. 104,000 miles tri zone a/c. Bought in Feb. a/c worked good till one month ago. Rear a/c went out. Diagnosed as rear expansion valve. Front a/c still putting out 40 degree air. To be safe replaced both valves. Pulled a vacuum and refill with 134a. Good reading on pressure and vacuuming sides. If Outside temp. Below 85 vent temp. 40 within 4 miles driving. If Outside temp above 85 vent temp not below 58 no matter how far or how fast you drive. Mode doors checked and OK. Recirculate working. Setting tri zone to 64 or low matters not. Besides sensor in overhead front console, any others sensors. Also does computer have to be reset. Further info just replaced WIN and blower motor. Help. Thanks. Walter

My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.
If the freon was over filled or under filled this will cause this fault here.I would have the freon amount re checked to see if it was over or under filled and caused this issue here.
Thanks Pete
