dash insterments not working. check engine is on. plug trouble reader in outlet,codes read tourque converter clutch not on. transmission feels normal when speedo reading ,no fuel gauge working, no overhead readings as weather ,mileage ect...

I see. This issue is usually caused by faulty communications between the instrument cluster and other modules. Without a capable scan tool (not a code reader), all you could do is remove the cluster and make sure the wiring connection is allowing proper continuity.Just out of curiosity, any reason why you won't share the specific code number that came up?
