My 2001 Sebring convertible dashboard suddenly stopped working No MPH RPM No shift indicater and the convertible top won't work no power to 3 fuses on side of dash also. None are blown

Depending on what exact fuses have no power and when you're checking that may be normal, but it could be related.
If the instrument cluster was the only thing not working but if the top stopped at exactly the same time then I would suspect a power feeds issue. You could have an ignition switch or wiring issue causing these issues all at once. Ignition switch issues aren't unheard of and would often also cause a loss of the radio, blower motor, windows and turn signals.
