I have no power going to #2 and #4 coils, is this a computer or a ground problem?

Coils 2 and 4 splice into the same wire that feeds coil 6 at splice S183, so find or follow the dark green/orange wires from 2 and 4 back to where they splice and test there again. For the wiring diagram, click here. It's most likely a loose splice connection or the wire between that splice and the first splice for the branch to coil's 2 and 4 is shorted to ground.
