Hello and welcome to just answer. When you turn the ignition on to the "run" position, can you hear the fuel pump in the tank run for about 2 seconds and then turn off?

no fuel pump no voltage to the starter relay or asd relay

Ok, this sounds like you may have a failing PCM (engine computer). Let me get some PCM connector info for you. I want you to check for fused Batt feed, ignition feed, and ground on the PCM connectors. If you do have power and ground there, then the PCM has failed and will need to be replaced. If you do not have power and ground, then we will have to trouble shoot that.

Ok, here it is. I have highlighted the circuits you need to check. Use a 12 volt test light with the alligator clip connected to the negative battery cable to check the fused batt and fused ignition terminals (turn on the ignition to check these). Connect the test light to the positive battery cable to check the ground. Note: those terminals are pretty tiny and your test light probe may not actually touch them, so use a small paper clip or stick pin to connect the light to the terminal.

was wondering since the odometer so no bus could the pci bus wire # XXXXX be bad but dont know where it goes

Hmmm, can you get a scan tool connected to the vehicle and see if it will communicate with the PCM?

yes but get no codes can u give me the pin locations for power and grounds and pci bus at speedo cluster

yes something i did notice that is strange my wiring diagram shows 12 volts to starter and then from starter to alt. i have 12 at starter but only 3.5 at alt. heavy red wire. dont see how that would affect the bus but i will check it. also i though maybe sensor shorted (5 volt reference) but all o.k. and 5 volt is there.

You should have 12 volts at the large terminal at the alternator and if you do not, then there may be a problem in that large cable between the battery and the alternator. however you are correct in stating that it should not affect the bus circuit. If you turn on the ignition and jump the small terminal at the starter with 12 volts, will it crank and start?

i can jump the relay and it will crank but not start so no starter problem i do need the pin locations for voltage and grounds at the speedo
