Welcome to Just Answer Chrysler my name is Mark.

Have you tried some new blades?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
It's not the blades, it takes a while for the wipers to start working when i turn them on. Then once they start to work they start jerking, after a while they start to work fine.

Ok, then you have a problem with the motor or the linkage. What you'll need to do is disconnect the linkage from the motor and move it all by hand to see if all the pivot points are moving freely.

If no problem is found with the linkage, then you'll need to replace the motor.
