2002 sebring: Conv. keeps blowing 20 amp.

Resolved Question:

My 2002 Sebring Conv. keeps blowing 20 amp. fuse #8, fuel/start, when I try to start the car.
Does the circuit ties to another fuse, either on the control panel or the side panel, that I need to change to avoid this?

Thanks! I need to figure out how much it's going to cost me to repair it. I'm no mechanic.

Labor is 1.4 hours or 140 dollars to replace the starter at a shop
