no code is 340 not 341 car has been sitting for six months seems in good shape it died while driving had towed home started but died and hasnt been running im the first one to look at it

Code P0340 is for the cam sensor and normally replacing the cam sensor fixes the problem. To check the sensor you can first make sure it is getting voltage then when cranking make sure getting voltage out of the sensor and the voltage should also change when cranking. If no voltage out or it doesn't change when cranking the sensor needs replaced
