2001 chrysler 300M: the driver seat heater switch..switches..relay

Customer Question

I have a 2001 chrysler 300M and the driver seat heater switch does not work, but if I interchange the switches between pass and driver it works. Is there any relay I should look for under the seat or anywhere in the car that would prevent the switch from working. The switch is still lit up if that helps, its lit but the driver seat will not heat.

Hi. If the seat won't work with its own switch but it works if you swap the switch from the passenger seat, you have a bad switch. If it works with the other switch that confirms the module, wiring, and elements are all functional.
