2003 PT Cruiser, has no spark out of any spark plug cable.

Resolved Question:

2003 PT Cruiser, has no spark out of any spark plug cable. OBD codes for no camshaft position sensor signal at PCM, engine coolant temp. sensor range or performance problem, and multiple cylinder misfire detected. Removed and replaced ignition pack, camshaft position sensor and coolant temp. sensor...still no spark. Any suggestions?
