Back with more. Think going to remove injectors figure after 10 years at least seals leaking causing trim issue. Was going to also replace fuel pulse dampener, but seems don't know how yet. Supposed to separate from cross over pipe on left rail yet seems both rails and it one piece. Only looked couple times and felt around for slip ring or something unable to figure it out.
Could I have an LS1 rail system that was put on LS6 or what? Ideas beside suggesting I look more? They had left original pcv system on till I REROUTED.

Hi again!

Let me research a little to see if there is a way to nail down the difference in the fuel systems.

Ok, there is no difference between the fuel rails. Injectors may be different, depends on year/model. Can you read the part number off the injectors? That would help figure out what you are fighting. The fuel rail does not come apart it is one piece. They do make aftermarket ones that have a line in between the rails, but I do not think you need that.

My rails seem one piece with cross over and pulse dampner on left side. What kind of fastner could I be missing on dampner or could this screw in?
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
Well that shows where going wrong as looking on back side. Never accured on front as pic saw seemed to show detasching in back, thanks. So irritated, as just recently noticed Camaro manual using is only gen 1 and 2 engine so no idea what LS engines would be like in 2001 to 2002 Camaro . Going on little knowledge and poor information. Sending back 2 MSD wires as unable to get them to click twice, be secure, on coils. Using old wires on two clys till then.
