Hello, you'll need to recalibrate the actuators by removeing the HVAC 1 fuse. I'll post how below. If this does not resolve the issue let me know

IMPORTANT: Do not adjust any controls on the HVAC control module while the HVAC control module is self-calibrating. If interrupted,
improper HVAC performance will result.
Alternate Method (w/o Scan Tool)
1. Clear all DTCs.
2. Place the ignition switch to the OFF position.
3. Install the HVAC actuator.
4. Connect all previously disconnected components.
5. Remove the HVAC/ECAS fuse for a minimum of 10 seconds.
6. Install the HVAC/ECAS fuse.
7. Start the vehicle.
8. Wait 40 seconds for the HVAC control module to self-calibrate.
9. Verify that no DTCs have set as current DTCs.

What are DTC's? Am I installing a new part?
Chevy Mechanic: K. Wiggins, ASE Certified Technician replied 2 months ago

You can disregard those parts, just

1. turn key off

2. remove hvac 1 fuse for 10 seconds

3. reinstall fuse

4. start engine

5. wait 40 seconds

6. turn on AC

Ok TY, I will have to wait until I get home in about 2 hours and try this. if this does not work. what next?
Chevy Mechanic: K. Wiggins, ASE Certified Technician replied 2 months ago

If that does not work it will need to be recalibrated with a dealer/professional level scan tool unfortunately.
